Escodata can provide remote support to your PC. What this will do is after you down load our program we will have the ability to remotely view, diagnose, and resolve problems via a connection to your PC. You keep control over the access and when your session is finished the program is removed from your computer. Escodata can only gain access with you permission via a service session that you create.
To enable an engineer to provide support we do require a payment prior to accessing your computer. Our only payment method for Remote Support at this time is using PayPal. You do not require an account and you can use credit cards, Debit Credit Cards, bank transfers and/or your PayPal account.
