Corporate Directory: Escodata provides access to a web phone directory which allows users to add/change/remove contacts. These listings then appear within the phones corporate directory categorised into groups.

RSS Feeds: Through XML services users are able to receive updates on News, Sports, Weather & Stocks from their Cisco IP Phone.
